ADERE-Peneda Gerês is a Regional Development Association operating at the level of the five Municipalities integrated within the area of the Peneda Gerês National Park (PNPG): Arcos de Valdevez, Melgaço, Montalegre, Ponte da Barca and Terras de Bouro. 

Our intervention area is a mountainous region par excellence, characterised by magnificient scenery, bio-diversity of animal and plant life, natural and cultural heritage, century-old traditions and a wealth of local habits and customs. 

The Reservation Centre of the Regions of the PNPG was set up in order to promote quality tourist accommodation, allowing visitors to gain direct contact with nature and learn more about local products and traditions and the fine handicrafts and gastronomy on order of these regions.
